Italian Cooking Classes

I offer Italian cooking classes with or without an Italian language component.

I grew up in an Italian-American household (mostly in the kitchen). While I was living in Florence, Italy for four years, I took a month-long Italian cooking class at Trattoria Zibibbo. I love sharing my favorite recipes and cooking tricks with foodies and chefs alike. We will plan a menu according to your interests and dietary needs.

If you would like to add in an Italian language component, perhaps because you are planning a trip to Italia?, I am happy to integrate a language lesson into the cooking and dinner. We’ll cook for 1.5 hours and eat for 1.5 hours.

I am in Washington, D.C., and travel regularly to the New York City metropolitan area.
